Workshop 1: Practice essentials in compression therapy

Are you in danger of giving up the fight with mismatched and sagging compression bandages ?

Compression therapy is recognized as the most important factor in both the prevention and treatment of ulcers in oedema patients.

During this workshop, the holistic approach of the oedema patient with ulcers will be discussed. The different steps in management will be explored with focus on the compression therapy, along with tips and tricks and the choice of the most adequate materials.

Interactive case discussions and demo’s will be used. The attendees can also discuss own cases.
